  Every Remodelers Council member gets a FREE profile page on TampaBayRemodelers.net including space to write about your company, photos, web site and contact information. The best part is you can manage your own page. Each member gets a login and password, so you can update your business profile at any time with new announcements, specials, event information etc. - a great tool that will help promote your business!

• SPONSORSHIPS:

  Once you are a member, you will get exclusive rights to purchase sponsorships to further promote your business on TampaBayRemodelers.net - additional exposure that can help you stand out.

• THREE MEMBERSHIPS IN ONE:

  In order to become a member of the Remodelers Council, you must first become a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. Learn more. Once you join the Tampa Bay Builders Association, you automatically become a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). Three memberships in one!

• EDUCATION:

  As a member, there are many opportunities to participate in educational programs on a local, regional and national level. These programs teach the latest products and the newest technologies and techniques in order to better manage and promote your business.

• GOVERNMENT:

  Since government regulations contribute greatly to the building industry, the Tampa Bay Builders Association devotes substantial resources to ensure the industry's best interests are represented in Tallahassee, just as the National Association of Home Builders lobbies in Washington on our behalf.

  Membership opens many doors to new business partnerships. Share ideas and build reputations through networking events. Since referrals are such a huge part of the remodeling business, the more people you can connect with, the better!

How To Join

In order to become a member of the Remodelers Council, you must also purchase a membership in the Tampa Bay Builders Association. Memberships are annual. For an 'Associate' membership, it is $480.00 for your company to join (If you are a home builder, your annual due is $580.00 versus $480.00 and you will select 'Builder' membership for your classification).

Your annual membership entitles you to one (1) vote at the Tampa Bay Builders Association during the Board of Directors elections; the Board of Directors is the governing body of the association and is elected by the membership. In addition, all of your employees under your company's 'Associate' or 'Builder' Membership can participate in the Tampa Bay Builders Association, volunteering, attending events etc. After your company is a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, it's $60.00 per person for your employees to join the Remodelers Council.

  • You can complete your membership application and check-out all online
  • OR
  • You can download your membership application and mail or fax it in:

    • Fax: 813-571-8221

• Step 2:

  Choose a Membership Classification on the Application
  • TBBA Associate Membership = $480.00 Annual per company
    (You will most likely be an Associate' unless you are a home builder. Then, it's $580.00.)
  • Remodelers Council Membership = $60.00 Annual per employee

• Step 3:

  Submit your application! It will be reviewed and subject to approval. You will be contacted either way.

How do I get exposure on TampaBayRemodelers.net?

• Step 1:

  First, become a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association and the Remodelers Council and your company will receive a FREE profile page on TampaBayRemodelers.net including space to write about your company, photos, web site and contact information. Learn more about membership benefits.
  • You can complete your membership application and check-out all online
  • OR
  • You can download your membership application and mail or fax it in:

    • Fax: 813-571-8221

• Step 2:

  Purchase a Sponsorship
  Choose a County and a Specialty. (View Counties) (View Remodeler Specialties) (View Trade Associate Specialties) (Pulling from the CMS, when you click View Counties, all available counties will show up as well as Specialties.)
  • $250.00
    Select a County and Specialty. You will show up as the 'Sponsored Remodeler' or 'Sponsored Trade Associate' when people search for the County and Specialty you selected. There are only 2 spots available per combination. For example: Hillsborough, Kitchen and Bath. First come, first reserve.
  • $100.00
    Select additional Counties and Specialties. Your first one is $250.00. Additional combinations are $100.00 each.
  • I saw logos on the home page. Can I get my logo on the home page?
    Currently, there are no spots available for home page sponsorship.

• Step 3:

  Checkout
  To check sponsorship availability and to purchase a sponsorship, please contact Lana Keast at the Tampa Bay Builders Association. You can e-mail her at Lana@TBBA.net or call her 813-571-8222 x 300. Please allow up to 48 hours for her to follow-up with you. Make sure to let her know that this is in regards to a Remodelers Council web site sponsorship.
